Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is a Vajacial?

A vajacial is a post-wax treatment focused on cleansing, exfoliating and hydrating the bikini area. This service helps reduce ingrown hairs, calm irritation and brighten the skin for a smoother, more even appearance.

  • What’s the difference between Korean lash lift and a regular lash lift?

Think of it as the healthier version of a lash lift. It’s cysteamine based that means its more gentle, nourishing and keeps your natural lashes hydrated and strong. You still get that lifted, curled look but with softer and healthier lashes that lasts 6-8 weeks.

  • How should I prepare before waxing?

Make sure your hair is at least about the length of a grain of rice. Gently exfoliate the area 48-24 hours before your appointment. Avoid lotions, oils, or deodorant on the day of your appointment. Drink a lot of water to be hydrated for a better waxing. Wear loose clothing to avoid friction or irritation afterward. If you’re sensitive, you can take a mild pain reliever (like ibuprofen) 30 minutes before, avoid caffeine that day, avoid sun exposure, tanning or retinol-based products for at least 7 days prior to your appointment.

  • Waxing aftercare?

Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, workouts, tanning beds, sun exposure, touching or scratching, intimacy and exfoliation for the next 24-48 hours. After 2-3 days, gently exfoliate the area 2-3 times a week to help prevent ingrown hairs, keep the skin hydrated daily with a lightweight soothing lotion or oil. Stay consistent with your waxing appointments 4-6 weeks for best results.
